ClampOn has been selected by FMC to supply multiple Deepwater Sand Monitors for the Shell BC-10 Phase 3 project. This project is in 6,561 feet (2000m) of water and is located at Campos Basin, Brazil near Massa and Argonauta fields. These fields will be tied-back to the Espirito Santo FPSO with production projected for early 2015. Deliveries are scheduled for Q2-2014.
The ClampOn Subsea sensors provided are the only acoustic sensors with atmospheric and high pressure chambers, pipe contact verification, electronic beam welding, and dual independent electronics. These qualities make ClampOn the preferred supplier of non-intrusive sensors for applications worldwide.
ClampOn is the leading supplier of sand, pig and corrosion-erosion monitoring equipment, operating globally, providing around the clock services with offices in Bergen, Norway and Houston, Texas.
