The Minister wanted to see first-hand how a world leading manufacturing company, that supplies instruments worldwide, is making efforts to get through the current rough times in the oil & gas supply industry.

After a quick introduction to ClampOn products and technology, Mr. Dag Aldal, President of ClampOn, presented the challenges a Norwegian privately owned company face in the current situation.
Minister Søviknes then took a tour around the premises, and was introduced to how work processes in ClampOn are conducted. The route went from the R&D department, to Engineering- and Manufacturing department and ended with a demonstration of the products in ClampOn’s own testing flow loop.
