# ClampOn Software update

After this date, ClampOn software (instruments and controllers are not affected) will stop running on any systems that receive Windows updates, potentially causing unplanned downtime on your critical monitoring systems.

Please take one of the following actions before **10 November 2026** to prevent any disruption:

- **Option 1: Install standalone patch**  
 Download and install the offline update directly from our secure server

- **Option 2: Upgrade to the latest software version**  
 Upgrade your ClampOn software suite to the latest version.  
 All installers released after 15 October 2026 natively include this updated component.
